While pursuing my Masters of Science I have been working as a Graduate Teaching Assistant at ETSU, helping students learn basic computer, cyber-security, Microsoft Office, and scholarly research skills. I have held weekly office hours and given weekly lectures both in-person and in online environments.
I participated as a research assistant at ETSU, helping design preliminary system architecture and mobile user interfaces for the Green Light Optimised Speed Advisory (GLOSA) graduate capstone project.
Shortly after graduating with my Bachelor's degree I sought to continue my education at ETSU, pursuing a Masters of Science with a concentration in Applied Computer Science.
In December of 2019, I earned my bachelor's degree in Computer Science from ETSU, graduating Cum Laude.
I worked for OSISoft as a intern in the Software Engineering department. After two semesters of this internship, I was asked to stay onboard for a third semester to continue work on my projects. During this time, I gained hands-on experience working in a large-scale agile environment while developing automated test suites, industrial-data simulation software, and development tools for internal use.
After transferring to East Tennessee State University I found a new passion in software development. My enrollment in the Computer Science program marks the beginning of my path towards being a software engineer.
